  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder

  • Salt to taste

For the Rice:

  • 1 cup Cooked Rice (preferably cooled)

Steps to Make the Healthy Tomato Rice Recipe

1. Prepare the Tomato Masala:

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and curry leaves. Once they splutter, add sliced onions and sauté until light golden. Add ginger–garlic paste and cook for a minute. Now add chopped tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes turn soft and the masala thickens.

2. Add Protein Boost:

In a small cup, mix 1 scoop of Plant Protein with a few tablespoons of water to form a smooth liquid (this prevents lumping). Pour it into the tomato masala and stir continuously. Let it cook on low flame for 1–2 minutes so the protein blends seamlessly without altering texture.
