Can I edit my shipping address?

Yes, you can change your shipping address by contacting us here within 24 hours of ordering.

Can I change my billing address?

Any changes to your billing information can be made in the My Account. Please log in to edit your current form of payment, add a new card, and change your default payment method. Click here to log in to your account.

Ordering on Plantigo.in

What forms of payment does Plantigo.in accepts?

We accept Cash On Delivery and all forms of Razorpay payments - Credit & Debit cards, EMIs ( Credit/Debit Cards & Cardless), PayLater, Netbanking from 58 banks, UPI and 8 mobile wallets.

I received an error when trying to checkout. What do I do now?

Please verify that the billing information you have entered is the same as the information your bank has on file. If you enter billing information that varies from what your bank has on file, then your order will not go through.

Please note that our customer service team is unable to make any changes to your order once it is processing.

For subscription orders, please log in to your account ahead of the scheduled ship date to make any changes. Click here to log in to your account then visit the Subscriptions section.

Can I cancel my order when it's processing?

If you have placed a one time order on our website, our Customer Service team is available to help you change your shipping address or cancel your order if requested by phone within an hour of placing it. You can also click here to chat for help. 

Please note that our customer service team is unable to make any changes to your order once it is processing.

How do I edit my billing address?

Any changes to your billing information can be made in the My Account section under Payment. Please log in to edit your default billing adress, add a new card or Razorpay account, and change your default payment method. Click here to log in to your account.

How do I track my shipment?

You can track the shipping status of your order(s) by the tracking number sent to you over email.

How much does shipping cost?

Any order shipped within India will receive free shipping. All other shipping costs will be messaged during the checkout process if applicable.

Can I expedite my order?

Please note that if you’d like to receive your order sooner, you can contact us here. Increased shipping costs may be applied.

When will you ship my order?

All orders are processed within approximately 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed.

Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday.

Please remember that orders cannot be edited once process begins. All processing times are estimates and may be subject to change.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of the date of receipt of products ordered on Plantigo.in and shipping within India.

After we receive your returned items, we will process your refund onto your original form of payment.

Original shipping and handling fees and "Duties & Taxes Reimbursements" will not be refunded.

Please allow 5-10 business days from receipt of your returned item(s) for your refund to post.

How do I create a return?

What items are eligible for returns?

Returned items will be inspected and must be returned in unopened and original condition.

Items marked as Final Sale and promotional items (e.g. free gifts with purchase, buy one get one free items) cannot be returned. 

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, unless required by law.

We only accept returns for eligible products purchased on Plantigo.in.

Original shipping and handling fees and international surcharges are not eligible for refund.
